Studio requests and items to note when booking your class:
Classes and times listed below are subject to change without notice, especially on holidays and snow days. Download our App from MindBody Online, or check our Facebook Page for last-minute schedule changes.
There is a $20 no-show fee in place. Please be mindful of what you sign up for. Unfortunately, we cannot waive this fee regardless of emailing or calling the studio.
STUDIO GUIDELINES: Please be mindful and show up 15 minutes before class beings. We do lock the doors when class begins to avoid disruption for the other students.
If you email or call the studio it may take up to 72 hours for us to respond. Thank you for understanding.
