Ally Shea
Ally took her first yoga class in 2002 at Fort Lewis and bounced in an out of class until 2011 when it became part of Ally’s daily routine. In 2013 she completed her 200 hour Hatha teacher training with Jennifer Yarro.
Ally brings passion to her mat consistently and with devotion. Through intension, pranayama and asana, her goal is for each of her student’s to leave class feeling grounded, energized, challenged and to have yogic tools to integrate into daily life.
She aims to guide people from home to their bodies…To you postures and breath overcome the mind and be present so they can connect with their hearts.
