OUR POLICY:

  • This is a one-year commitment and automatically renews each year.

  • If you want to cancel we require a 30-day written notice.

  • You can pause your account ONCE for up to two months suspension.

  • If you cancel before your year contract has ended you will be charged $80.

How to cancel your auto monthly membership

Send us a 30-day written notice of your cancelation.

Once your year contract is up, it will auto-renew unless you choose to cancel it. To cancel, you must send us a written notice.

After you have fulfilled one year, you can cancel your membership at any time with no charge.

If you cancel your contract BEFORE the year ends, you will be charged a $80 cancelation fee.

*Please know this does not diminish our compassion for situations that arise, but we have made it this far through consistency and fairness with our policies.
