Jonathan! We love this man. Jonathan has been practicing at the studio since 2016 and logged almost 500 classes. Thank you for always showing up. Thank you for inspiring us with your presence and knowledge of all things yoga (especially philosophy), letting us live vicariously through your epic adventures, and serving our community by just being you. Here is a little bit more about Jonathan!

I started practicing yoga about 20 years ago in Boulder to cross-train and mitigate injuries from the massive amount of rock climbing I was doing at the time.

I really love the teachers and the students. There is always a wonderful sense of community and shared focus as we each challenge ourselves to be stronger, more flexible, and/or more relaxed. I always feel so welcomed by everyone, and honestly, I always feel so inspired to practice alongside people interested in becoming more conscious through the expression of our bodies.

Well, I’m a monk for starters, so I love serving other people. I’ve found orienting my life around a path of service has provided the perfect formula for finding fulfillment daily. I’m also a seasoned therapist and coach with over twenty years of experience working with young people and families. I love rock climbing, backcountry skiing, trail running, swimming, rafting, dancing, and teaching. I’ve also just finished a rough draft of a book I’m writing for parents of struggling young people. I’m blessed to have a full, passionate life that yoga and the studio play an integral role in supporting.
