Laughter Yoga

Join Amir Drissi Sunday September 4, 4pm-5pm for the unforgettable experience of Laughter Yoga!

Amir's explanation of Laughter Yoga:

"We will practice laughter exercises that emphasize deepening the connection of mind and body and laugh together and explore ecstatic states of consciousness. The group will go through a series of these laughter exercises, breathing exercises and stretches to engage and awaken their nervous system and be led through a guided meditation at the end to integrate the experience."

"I offer laughter Yoga to unlock a latent sense of joy within the souls of the participants. Laughter is the best medicine, and laughter yoga offers a great way to facilitate the opening of our heart to embrace joy, embrace change, reverence and honor for our lives.

My target audience is anyone who wants a new life experience, from young to old, Laughter Yoga is for all ages and offers numerous physiological benefits to boost the immune system, strengthen the heart and lungs and help stabilize blood pressure.

I hope that people will gain a sense of focus, of awe and wonder and appreciation for their life through this practice. Laughter is a great release that helps us to lighten our load and be in a state of freedom and authenticity."
