Kyle Moran

Kyle’s first introduction to yoga was in the wilderness, where he learned about the connections not only between breath & body, but the connection between the body & the world around it. His interest grew & he eventually obtained his 200 hour teaching certification from Cambio School of Yoga in Colorado Springs during the fall of 2018. 

He believes yoga is a beautiful opportunity to break away from the patterns, behaviors, and thoughts that keep us from experiencing true joy in our everyday lives. Kyle sees yoga as a tool for self-exploration, and a means to peel back the layers of ego & societal expectations to reveal the true, authentic self.

In Kyle’s classes you can always expect to start with grounding meditation, continue with movement & a heavy emphasis on the breath, and finding lots of time for stillness at the end of class as well as throughout the practice.  When he’s not teaching, you may find Kyle strumming his guitar by the river, strolling leisurely in the majestic mountains around Durango, or taking a nap in his hammock.
