Jillian has been practicing yoga since she was 18 and has experience practicing in numerous traditions; she has found that hot yoga particularly is something she is most passionate about. She is a runner, biker, hiker, and skier and cultivates a yoga practice that joins the meditative qualities that yoga provides with a physically demanding asana practice.
Wenburg completed her RYT-200 teacher training program in August 2014 with a Hot Power Vinyasa Yoga school and teaches vinyasa, vimana, and the 26+2 practices. Since then, she has deepened her personal daily practice, participated in continuing education workshops, and engaged private sessions with individuals and small groups. Through a rigorous asana practice, she believes we can better prepare ourselves to enjoy the offerings that meditation and wellness provides together.
