Paige Pasquini

       Paige was born on a small farm in Massachusetts and raised an athlete. She began running in college when she was searching for ways to understand, respect and love her body. The practice of yoga soon followed. She received her first 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification in 2013 through a one month intensive at Kripalu Center for Health and Wellness in the Berkshires. This is where her yoga journey began. Since then, she has been collecting experiences to augment in the evolution of her teachings.

Paige aims to create an environment where student feel empowered to practice non-judgmental self awareness and freedom of expression. Her classes are heavy on breath work and intuitive movements. Her sequencing is creative and strategic, alignment focused and often involves hands on assists. The goal of class is for students to enjoy the full experience, have fun, be challenged and leave feeling rejuvenated in body, mind and soul.

Nicole Landrus completed her Forrest Yoga Foundation Teacher Training in July, 2011 in Santa Monica, CA. As one of Root Yoga’s very first dedicated students, Nicole truly understands the foundations of Forrest Yoga. She currently teaches beginner Forrest classes, helping others become grounded and find balance, strength and happiness through yoga.
