Delving deeper into safely opening shoulders and the front lines of the body to move into poses such as wheel, camel, cobra, up dog, dancer, upward faceing bow. 

This workshop will not only break down these poses to teach you how to do them safely but give you an understanding of what is opening in the body and how and why it can feel good. Bring all your questions and any other poses you are interested in.  All levels welcome!
