Michelle J. Abrams

 

Michelle J. Abrams is an E-RYT 200 certified yoga instructor trained in Hot Power Vinyasa (Baron Baptiste style), completing her teacher training in December of 2012. She has been known for her can-do attitude, enthusiastically teaching yoga to all ages and levels of experience. She always encourages people to explore their bodies and to try something new! She has taught yoga in Illinois, Wyoming, Texas and Colorado, and has trained with well-known yoga professionals in the United State, like Alexia Bauer. 

 

Michelle has a passion for several extreme, outdoor sports including rock climbing, snowboarding, canyoneering, mountaineering, hiking, cross-country skiing, and windsurfing. An active and outdoor lifestyle is her greatest priority, along with traveling and exploring the natural and developed world. Michelle is an internationally published model and fashion stylist, who strives to bring her friendly, intuitive personality to all she does. In her spare time, she can be found doing vegan cooking, creating artwork, taking nature photography, as well as singing/writing music, playing bass guitar, and drums. When you join Michelle for her yoga class, you will undoubtedly be infused with her positive vibes and gusto for life!
