I have been practicing yoga since I was 18 and have experience practicing in numerous traditions; I have found that hot yoga is something I am most passionate about. I am a runner, biker, hiker, and skier. I cultivate a yoga practice that joins the meditative qualities that yoga provides with a physically demanding asana practice.
I completed my RYT-200 teacher training program in August 2014 with a Hot Power Vinyasa Yoga school. Since then, I have deepened my personal daily practice, participated in continuing education workshops, and engaged private sessions with individuals and small groups. Through a rigorous asana practice, we can better prepare ourselves to enjoy the offerings that meditation and wellness provides together.
